Your data is encrypted, access-controlled, and monitored against unauthorized use.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data in line with applicable regulations.

School Discovery

School Discovery publishes institutional information about schools, not student records. Public profiles never intentionally include student names, results, attendance, parent records, private teacher details, live transport locations, private staff numbers, unpublished applications, or verification documents.

Verified schools provide profile and contact information for publication with their explicit channel choices. Attributed public-directory information is processed to help families identify schools and permit schools to correct or claim listings; source publication is not treated as indefinite permission, and records are periodically rechecked, corrected, suspended, or removed.

Reviews rely on a verified parent-school relationship and are published as “Verified parent” without the parent or child name. Enquiry information is collected with consent solely to route the enquiry to the selected verified school. Exact visitor geolocation is requested only after the visitor chooses “Near me”; denial leaves manual search available, and exact coordinates are not placed in URLs or enquiry records.

Security and aggregate analytics use minimized event data and keyed abuse identifiers instead of long-term raw IP addresses. Enquiries are normally retained for 180 days, claim evidence for 90 days, and closed privacy requests for up to 365 days, subject to configured limits, legal obligations, disputes, or security holds.

Anyone may use the correction/removal form on a school profile. Access, deletion, objection, correction, and removal requests require identity or authority verification before action. Claiming a school follows a separate evidence and platform-review process. Legitimate audit records may be retained after personal request details are redacted.
